Expense and Remuneration Disclosure

The rules and principles governing expenses are aligned with the Travel, Meal and Hospitality Expense Directive published by the Ontario Management Board of Cabinet.

As part of its provincially mandated reporting requirements, HSC reports on the remuneration and reimbursed expenses of board members, officers as well as those of its top five reimbursed employees.

Please note: In 2014, HSC and its board of directors updated its expense and remuneration policies and practices to ensure alignment with Management Board of Cabinet directives and to further ensure that expenses are modest, appropriate and strike a balance among economy, health and safety and efficiency of operations.
