Much of Ontario’s affordable housing stock is aging and at a stage where major capital  repairs are required. But many providers do not have the expertise or resources to plan and deliver these projects. HSC Technical Services helps housing operators deliver the right projects for the right budgets at the right time with end-to-end advisory services — covering capital project prioritization, procurement and project management.

The Technical Services team has experience with a range of project types – including renewable energy, roofing, mechanical/electrical – as well as the regulations and building code requirements that go along with them. They offer in-person support across Ontario.
