AMC – Building a Culture of Safety
Allows housing providers and service managers to update and manage building data, run various scenarios and print reports and charts. Many housing providers require that their engineering consultants use this tool in preparing Replacement Reserve Fund Studies. A web-based upgrade of the AMC capital reserve fund forecasting tool will provide much greater functionality and flexibility through a centralized data repository and less dependence on software compatibility.
AMC is a collaborative, cross sectoral organization whose mission is to be the leading centre of asset management excellence supporting community housing providers to maintain their properties to a high standard. Broad interest in the AMC is an integral part of this collaboration.
